For TV Licensing we politely correct misunderstanding of the law on blogs, forums and Twitter. And people thank us for doing so.

Our sister agency Fishburn Hedges has monitored blog and forum comments for TV Licensing mentions as part of their Press Office responsibilities for some time. But the Brew team has recently managed a detailed audit of all relevant online coverage, and helped to establish @tvlicensing’s twitter presence and reactive engagement strategy.

By combining our years of press office experience and our understanding of social media with a process to dovetail our monitoring and engagement work with the customer service team, we’re able to act authoritatively, speedily and accurately to deal with customer issues online.
