We've been working with mflow since before they launched, alongside Seventy Seven PR. Our task was to prepare mflow for Beta launch, to make them famous (online and off) and - crucially - to recruit users to their innovative music-recommendation service while they were in invite-only Beta. And to build and maintain relationships with their advocates and fans via social media, managing that crossover between customer service and social media.
