The exclusive new service combines action replays, real-time statistics, polls and fans chat with live match streaming all in one online hub on ITV.com.
Together with Seventy Seven we're showcasing the product to tech, business, football and lifestyle media as well as online influencers throughout the summer tournament in a campaign designed to attract all football fans who want an enhanced interactive World Cup experience.
Users can personalise the dual-screen user experience by selecting from a range of tools including event highlights; statistics (provided by OPTA), voting, polls and chat.
Built and designed in partnership with Monterosa, ITV Live is fully ad-funded and free to access.
Ben Ayers, Social Media Manager, ITV said: "We're really proud of ITV Live and are keen to share this exciting new level of interactivity with football fans and commentators online. Brew and Seventy Seven are well placed to help us get the tool in front of the right people and also help us collect and analyse valuable feedback from users which will assist with further development."
